Guests who are traveling…

Inn Rooftop

I am writing to let all our guests know where we will be staying the night of our wedding- July 7, 2007. We were going to hold off and send this information with our invitation—but, there are only 20 rooms remaining. Unfortunately, because there are limited rooms remaining, we are not able to hold a room block or get any great deals for our guests. Of course, there are plenty of other options in the city (expect the lowest rate to be $190, weekend rate) or outside of the city (Ranges from $85-185, weekend rate).

If you do choose Inn at the Market here is my personal experience there:
I visited the Inn at the Market last weekend, and I must say the hotel is lovely. It has 70 rooms total, so it’s quaint. OF COURSE, the biggest benefit would be that it’s right next to Pike Place Market. I wouldn’t recommend adding Breakfast to your bill… just walk down for a large selection of pastries, fresh fruit, crepes, coffee from the “original Starbucks” along with other little slices of heaven. 🙂 The hotel has a lovely deck which is open 24 hours which is open to guests. Here you will find fantastic views of the Olympic Mountains and Elliot Bay.

If you are considering this as an option, PLEASE call soon and make your reservation. As mentioned, there are only 20 rooms left for that date, and being peak season I imagine they will fill up quickly. The room is not charged until the night of your stay, so if you change your mind—you can always cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance.

If you would like to stay at “Inn at the Market” their web address is: http://www.innatthemarket.com/index.html
Address: 86 Pine Street, Seattle, WA 98101
Phone: 206-443-3600

Here are their room rates for July 7, 2007:
$225 1st Avenue View, Queen Bed
$300 Partial View of Elliot Bay, Queen Bed
$350 Full View of Elliot Bay, Queen Bed
$285 Two Double Beds, Overlooking Pike Place Market

Of course, if you already have accommodations — Fantastic!!  If you need another hotel recommendation for the wedding night—or your whole stay please call or email me, I’d be happy to help. We will also be posting a complete list of options on our website very soon.

We are looking forward to seeing all of you who can make it to the wedding!!

Love,
Jen & Brett
