First RSVP!!

Today I did a little happy dance as I saw the FIRST RSVP in my mail box. (Oh well, the neighbors think I’m crazy already!) Jerry and Ginger’s RSVP is above! Thank you for making my day!

Bridal Shower Evite

“Please come and join Jennifer’s family and friends as we celebrate JENNIFER SHATOS, our favorite bride-to-be!

We all know Jennifer will be counting down to the big day. With barely over a month to go, this will be the perfect time to surround Jennifer with laughter and good company. Dinner and drinks will be served.

Flowergirl Dresses in!

I came home this evening after my walk to an email from Rylie saying “I love the flower girl dress!!!”

This is great! The first flowergirl dress arrived with 46 DAYS TO SPARE! It’s lovely and Rylie looks fantastic in it (as you can see above!) Hopefully Tyler’s comes in early as well and we’ll be set!

A few Alterations and the girls will be ready for the “big day”!

Bridal Shower Dress

Today, Brett and I had dinner at Cactus in Kirkland. After enjoying our food on the deck while soaking in a little sun, we walked up the street to see if this consignment shop had anything worth while (I’ve never found ANYTHING good in a consignment shop before!

Eureka!! I found my dress for the Bridal shower. I am so excited about it because I went this weekend and tried on 50 dresses and didn’t find anything that didn’t make me look pregnant! I guess the poofy waist is the style this year!

Baby in the Oven…

NO…NOT MINE! 🙂 (Phew!)

Although not wedding related, my dear pals Heather and Jeremy have called to let me know they are pregnant!

Of course, Heather is excited and is being very cute. She has called me 4 times in the last 24 hours, and called everyone who is close to her and Jeremy by 9 am this morning! She also managed to send me about 6 emails, spent a majority of her work day looking at cribs and baby stuff and managed to sneak out of work early to go buy her first baby outfit. Of course, I was included on the phone to share in the excitement!  I hope she managed to leave some cute items for those of us who want to spoil the little one too!

This week… The baby is a size of a raisin. Amazing isn’t it?! Perhaps “Year of Weddings” will quickly turn in to “Year of the Babies!”

Groomsman Gifts… Check!

Boy, I’m on a roll! After stewing over what to get the guys, Brett and I just picked out the groomsman gifts. I am excited to see the “real” thing once they arrive!

Toasting glasses… check!

Today I ordered our toasting glasses… we chose silver instead of glass so they would last longer. First item with my new last name! Weird!
