Summer & Matt’s RSVP
Tonight I had a girls night with Summer, Danielle and Whitney. After all the work on the wedding lately it was so nice to just relax. We made my new favorite cocktail… Sake, Cointreau, and Lime Juice. Delish! I made tuna balls and edamame, Whit brought pad thai, Summer made lettuce wraps, and Danielle brought cake. YUM!
We had foot baths, painted our toes, and attempted to watch a movie… but as girls do… ended up talking instead. 🙂
What I accomplished today:
Made part 1 of flowergirl gifts (cute!)
Tied about half of the 22 ribbon decoration for the chairs.

June 8th, 2007 by JenniferTonight Brett, Renee, Scott and I were forced to do “research for the after party. Yes, a tough job, but someone has to do it! First we started at Lola, which is at the bottom of Hotel Andra. The food there wasn’t too bad, and drinks were ok (although mine was not very cold!). Then we decided to go to Dahlia Lounge which had the most delicious drinks and fantastic service. UNFORTUNATELY, it closes at 11 pm, so that’s not going to work.
We sidetracked at Wild Ginger for a late dinner (Yum!). Then we went to the bar at the W Hotel, bit of a meat market, bitchy waitresses, and the drinks sucked. Fantastic people watching place though! Then we wondered over to Boka, which was after last call, so we just got to check the place out. It looks like a very fun place, but it closes at midnight. Why? No idea.
Ultimately, I think we will end up at Hotel Andra, They are open until 2 am and have a decent bar with lots of comfy seats in the lobby. Rooms seem to be running $209 and up for those looking for an affordable room at a nice hotel.
