Samia’s Bachelorette Party

Whitney and I have been busy planning the “big event” all week. Our theme is NAUGHTY AND NICE. We have all the fun prizes, food, etc planned out and think we are all set. On Wednesday, Seattle gets a huge windstorm knocking out power for 3 days and now we’re feeling pretty nervous about the big bash. Luckily at 9 am Saturday, the power buzzed back on! Whitney and I embarked out into the powerless city… the challenge was finding a grocery store that was open.

At 5:30 the festivities began with our “nice” part of the evening. We bought Samia a lovely feather boa—because of course that is just her style!! She arrived a little late but still made it! To get the evening started, we served her a sparkling cosmo! After catching up with all her pals, and calling her mom to let us all say “hello”, we settled down for a few games. Usually, I think games are cheezy and boring… but I think we did pretty good. Whitney and I made up a “Mad Libs” story for the gals to fill in the blanks and see who could come up with the craziest story. With a group of gals that specializes in hysteric laughter… This was a hit!

Next, was the toilet paper dress game. I threw a twist In—the model had to dance to a song of her choosing. Summer worked it to Ray Charles “You give me fever” while the Kianoosh belly danced to “Makin’ Whoopie”. It was a tough decision what team won, both dresses were really great! Summer decided to break the tie with a toilet paper strip/lap dance for Samia until she declared a winner!

Before we left, I gave Samia the shirt my mom made her. She looks so cute!

Now… on to the “naughty” part of the evening. We headed out to THE PINK DOOR in downtown Seattle for a burlesque show. I had no idea what I got ourselves into. The holidays brought on a nuddie comedy show about Hanukah. It was truly hilarious, and an eye sore at times (men doing splits nude is just not good!!). One of the gals bought Samia a pair of booby tassels while she opened up her other naughty gifts.

We then went to a belltown bar where we got drinks and built penis’ with play dough. What a way to wrap up an evening…

Hopefully, Samia will have an evening to remember as she jets off to Germany to marry Georg—the man of her dreams!
